What is included in the programme?

I thought you’d never ask!

This is a 6 week programme and we meet once a week for an hour at a time.

But first we need to know how you are right now. The steps are …

1. You complete the Stress & Well-Being Assessment,  just 72 scientifically validated questions with answers that are compared to normalised data.

2.  At our first meeting I introduce you to the Inner Balance, as all biofeedback device we will use to learn how to get into the optimal state of Coherence. You will be introduced too the technology, have a debrief only our Stress & Well-Being Assessment and be given your workbook and journal.

3. We meet each week, for 5 more weeks to check progress, solve problems and challenges, and deliver the next tutorial

4. At the end of the programme you will be invited to retake the Stress & Well-Being Assessment to check overall progress and identify any areas that might still need attention
